261 Train the Trainer Course

The 261 Train the Trainer Course is the pre-requisite to starting a 261 Fearless Running Club for women and to become a 261 Fearless Coach. Every woman who participates in this two and a half-day certification course will go on to start a 261 Fearless Club or guide meet runs in already existing 261 Fearless Club. In this training program, participants will learn the unique 261 methods to promote women-specific injury free running, create lasting friendships and develop a life-long love of running in a judgment free, supportive environment.

261 Fearless certified Club Directors and 261 Coaches

The 261 Train the Trainer Course is provided by experienced 261 Fearless certified master coaches whose goal is to help ongoing Club directors and coaches understand and embrace the unique 261 Fearless training philosophies and techniques to managing a female running group so that you can confidently bring the methods to your 261 Fearless Club. Within this course, business training will be devoted to the creation and operation of your local Club. At the completion of the 261 Train the Trainer course, you will receive a 261 Fearless Coach certification.

Upon course completion, you will have the opportunity to network with other women who lead 261 Fearless Clubs. The exchange with like-minded women and the strong team spirit is one of the wonderful and supportive factors of the 261 Fearless movement.
