It doesn’t stop with your certification. All our coaches can take part in bi-monthly empowerment classes.
In addition, there’s a possibility for coaches who have been certified for at least two years, to train as a Master Coach.

We’re proud to offer a comprehensive ongoing education for our 261 Fearless Coaches which they’re automatically enrolled on once they’ve completed their certification. We want to make sure our Coaches feel confident in their role and up to date with the latest news and research in the worlds of running, health and leadership. We do this through our Empowerment Classes which are held bi-monthly via online webinars.
Coaches join our very special classroom from around the world and take away lots of information and tips to help them in their role as a Coach and in their wider lives too.
Delivered by our expert in-house team and carefully selected guest speakers, these classes are the ideal opportunity to come together and learn.
Master Coach Training
Progress to presenting both theory and practical segments of our Train the Trainer course, educating new coaches all over the world
Our 261 Coaches are trained by a highly-skilled Master Coach team. Master Coach education takes around two years and involves a combination of online and in-person learning in small groups.
Led by our 261 expert team, Master Coaches in Education take deep dives into our curriculum to be able to deliver it effectively and to understand the research and theory behind it. They quickly progress to presenting both theory and practical segments of our Train the Trainer course.
With lots of reflection and feedback from supporting Master Coaches along the way, they’re soon ready to deliver the full program.
