261 Moment with Marlene

Marlene’s 261 Moment

Starting to run is hard for everyone, and that was the case for Marlene too. Initially, she wanted to lose weight and asked her brother for help to take her first running steps. Soon she found out that running can give her much more than just physical fitness. Find out more about the Public Women’s Health Programs – especially the empowerment talks – which also helped Marlene. She took a fearless step and applied to be a 261 Coach and attend an international training in English, which is not her native language. She was fearless in this moment and today, she is a successful 261 Coach, Master Coach, mum and entrepreneur.
