The Power of Every Step: Introducing the 2025 Impact Report

At 261 Fearless, we often say that one step can change everything.

Today, we’re proud to share our 2025 Impact Report – a reflection of what happens when women around the world are given the space, support, and community to move, lead, and grow.

This report is more than a collection of numbers. It’s a celebration of courage. It’s a testament to resilience. And it’s proof that when women support women, extraordinary things happen.

A Year of Growth and Leadership

In 2025, the 261 Fearless global network continued to work within our active communities, to expand into new areas, training new coaches, and empowering women to step into leadership roles both on and off the running path.

Every active 261 Coach represents dozens, sometimes hundreds, of women who now have access to a safe, welcoming space to run.

Every 261 Club creates a ripple effect of confidence and connection in its community.

Every woman who laces up her shoes takes a step toward discovering her own strength.

Behind every metric in this year’s report is a real story:
A woman who found her voice.
A woman who built a community.
A woman who realized she is stronger than she ever imagined.

Impact That Goes Beyond Running

261 Fearless is about more than physical movement. It’s about social connection, mental wellbeing, leadership development, and empowerment.

Through structured coach education, community-based clubs, and a global sisterhood, we are creating lasting change, one woman at a time.

And none of this would be possible without our supporters.

You Are Part of This Story

If you have donated, volunteered, coached, led, or shared our mission, this impact belongs to you.

Your belief in women.
Your commitment to community.
Your generosity.

It all adds up to something powerful.

As we look ahead to 2026, we are building on this momentum, expanding into new regions, training and supporting more leaders, and continuing to create spaces where women can feel fearless.

We invite you to explore the full 2025 Impact Report and celebrate what we’ve accomplished together.

Because every step forward begins with someone who believes it’s possible.

Together, we are changing lives, one step at a time.

How Muscles Work During Speed —The Science of Fast Movement

Speed is not just effort. It’s neuromuscular precision. Every fast movement — sprinting, jumping, quick direction changes —  depends on how efficiently your muscles and nervous system work together. The Brain Starts the Movement Speed begins in the nervous system. When you move quickly, your brain sends rapid electrical signals to your muscles. The faster and more coordinated…
