261 Fearless Club UK are looking for women who have discovered the power of running to volunteer in Banbury and Kidlington. 261 Fearless Club Bicester have been welcoming women, who have either lost their love of running or who never thought they would be able to run, for four years. It’s a non-competitive, non-judgemental place, where women are free from any expectation.
In June 2021, 261 Fearless Club Bicester partnered with Cherwell District Council to launch a 12-week programme to encourage more women to step outside of their comfort zone and discover that exercise is for them. It was very successful. With Cherwell District Council’s help, they want to expand the project to Banbury and Kidlington and establish 261 Fearless Clubs there too.
Being a 261 Fearless Coach is very rewarding. Seeing women switch off from their problems for an hour and laugh, whilst exercising, soon becomes the best hour of the week. You develop skills in leadership, administration, social media and many others, all in a safe, non-competitive, non-judgemental environment.
The next training course is taking place in Bicester on 25th & 26th June 2022.
