261 Coaches lead local club members through a weekly one-hour Meet Run including running/walking, games, drills and strength exercises. They support women in taking their first running steps and lead diverse groups through the program. Women who step up to be 261 Coaches learn the necessary skills to complete these tasks in our female-specific education programs.
Club Directors set up an independent local non-profit organization – a 261 Club. Under the umbrella of 261 Fearless Inc., they lead the non-profit and a team of coaches to set up Meet Runs in their local communities to make a positive change.
