The 261 Club Network
Experience the unique 261 Fearless spirit
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
261 Fearless was born out of a moment when a woman was fearless in face of adversity. It is in this spirit, along with care for our 261 Coaches, members and their communities, that some of our 261 Club Meet Runs and all our 261 Fearless Inc. Events are still suspended and moved to virtual activities. Please find more information on our 261 Club pages below and on our social media channels.
Our 261 Fearless Inc. Team is working hard to look after the physical and mental wellbeing of our 261 Coaches, members and community and to develop models for everyone to keep engaged and connected. 261 Fearless Inc. continues to monitor the situation and will post regular updates on our 261 Fearless Inc. Social Media Channels.
Let’s be #261fearLESStogether when facing this adversity!
261 Clubs are different! 261 Clubs are a welcoming place for women of all ages and all skill levels. They bring the 261 Fearless mission of empowering women globally through running to local communities. Through the club experience, women find opportunities to connect, encourage and find personal empowerment through social, non-competitive running in a fully judgement free environment.
‘Meet Run’ is the term accepted globally for the weekly club sessions. At the Meet Run, ladies can expect an hour - led by certified 261 Coaches - of social and pressure free running/walking, games, activities, drills and strength training. 261 Club meet runs are comprised of women of all fitness levels, abilities and experiences and from all backgrounds. Truly, all are welcome! Meet Runs typically take place at a park or green space within the community.
261 Clubs are set up as independent non-profit organizations underneath the global umbrella of 261 Fearless Inc. The global network allows for multi-cultural connections through global communication.
Interested in joining a club? Currently, there are local 261 Clubs on five continents that provide weekly runs exclusively for women.

Don't see a 261 Club in your community?
BECOME A 261 CLUB DIRECTOR AND START ONE!
Are you fearless and interested in taking on the responsibility of Club leadership? As a 261 Club Director, you would be responsible for establishing and running your local 261 Club. In this role you manage all aspects of business of this non profit that include but are not limited to: identifying a location and establishing regular Meet Run day/time, managing team of coaches (at least 2 per Meet Run), establishing and implementing a business plan to include operating, marketing, impact and financial plans, recruitment and retention of members, business record keeping, outreach and networking and fulfilling continuing education requirements of 261 Fearless Inc. Club Directors may also coach Meet Runs but it is not a requirement for the role.
To qualify for this role, interested women must complete the application process and attend the 261 Club Director Business Training.
Business Training for 261 Club Directors
The Business Training and Certification is a prerequisite for future 261 Club Directors whereby 261 Master Coaches teach and guide participants through the set-up, launch and management of a 261 Fearless Club. During the training, participants gain an understanding of the 261 Fearless philosophy and methodology behind the 261 Program delivered by coaches through the club model. Club Directors receive business training, marketing and outreach best practices, coach and member recruitment and retention strategies and tips for managing a healthy non-profit business.
After this 2-day course, participants need to present their business plans for their planned local 261 Club. After successful approval through 261 Fearless Inc. they receive a 261 Fearless Club Director Certificate. With this certificate, they begin their club start-up steps as outlined during the course. Following the course, through the start-up phase and beyond, Club Directors continue to receive support and mentorship through 261 Fearless Inc. as well as ongoing continuing education opportunities. Upon completion of Club Director certification and all club start-up steps, Clubs are authorized to act as an official 261 Club. This exciting day typically occurs within 2-4 months of the certification course depending on timing of local/state/federal non-profit establishment processes and approvals.
