What does a 261 Club run look like?
Every 261 Club Meet Run is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable. Sessions typically begin with a warm welcome and briefing, followed by a group warm-up. Participants then head out for a walk, run, or a combination of both, with everyone encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
Coaches ensure that no one is left behind, and the group comes together again at the end for a cool-down, stretching, and time to connect. While every Club is a little different, the focus is always on creating a positive experience where women can build confidence, friendships, and a lifelong love of movement.
