Running Club - Team - 261 Fearless

261 Club News

The epicentre of our 261 Fearless movement is our global network of running clubs. When we say global, we really mean it!

The word is spreading and we have women from all over the world coming along to our Train the Trainer courses so they can start their own clubs. Have a look at our club map to get locations and details of all our clubs. Here’s news about the latest launches:

Greenwich in London has seen the arrival of 261ClubGreenwich. They’ve started with a bang and with coaches Juliet and Lorrae leading the group we just know they’re going to have a whole lot of fun! You can find them on Saturdays at 11am at the café in the centre of Eltham Park South.

Josie came all the way from Malta to join our Train the Trainer course in Manchester. She’s now all set for her first 261ClubMalta session on 14th September. She knew she wanted to get involved with 261Fearless but admits she was a little uncertain about starting a club …

“Attending the 261TtT course was a very important step in the process of starting a 261 Club in Malta.  The 3-day course not only gave me the technical knowledge on how to start a club and lead running sessions but it also allowed me to experience the 261 spirit first-hand.  261 is not just about running – it’s about forging new friendships and finding support which continue long after course certificates are handed out.  A truly memorable experience which I highly recommend. I can’t wait to lead my first session”

If you want to join Josie at 261ClubMalta then the meeting point is by the fountain in Smart City on Wednesdays at 5.30pm

We’re really excited to tell you that 261Fearless has reached Brazil! Yes, the Olympic host country will see 261ClubSP (Sao Paolo) launching at the end of September.  Renata is our friendly and enthusiastic coach in Sao Paolo and she’ll give you a warm welcome.

How about the USA? Don’t worry, we’ve got that covered! The 261 Fearless spirit is contagious and there will be clubs starting within the next few weeks in Longmont, Colorado; Metro Denver, Colorado; Bloomington, Illinois; and McKinney, Texas. Their club leaders are waiting on the start line and we’ll let you know when the starting gun is fired!

We’ve also got clubs warming up and coming soon in Kingston, New York; Lafayette, New Jersey; Fairfied, Boston, Massachusetts; and Kansas City, Kansas.

Check back to this page to see the latest club news and don’t forget that if you’re interested in starting your own 261 club then get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
