The ladies had a fun and interesting night at our 261 Ladies Night in Berlin on January 9, 2019. Despite the cold and wet weather, they enjoyed a social run in the city together. The rain couldn't stop the ladies from being motivated and enjoying the run as a group. That's what makes 261 so special - the group spirit overcomes all adversities!
After the run, the women gathered at the running store Lunge in Charlottenburg, Berlin. There, the osteopath Regina spoke about the importance of fascias when training and the prevention of injuries. Healthy running is what 261 Fearless promotes and what the ladies in Berlin are looking for. Now they're armed with some more tips on how to prevent common injuries!
To finish off an interesting evening, a reading of the German book "Louie - Die Großstadtgazelle" (English: Louie - the big city gazelle) from Eva Krusat was held. The book tells the story of the beauty of running: As a runner you are looking for your own personal challenge, but still you just run for yourself without any pressure from outside.
It was a great night for everybody who participated and the ladies already look forward to the event next year!
